So next year marks the 120th anniversary of the Eiffel Tower. To celebrate, the tower will be adorned with a gigantic webbed Kevlar observation deck on top designed by Serero. I bet Tom Cruise is bummed he didn’t hold out until the mother-ship was constructed to propose to Katie Holmes.
